The Standard Balun which is intended for panel mounting and comes with a variety coaxial interfaces and has an industry standard Krone IDC for twisted pair connection. This product is used to house Baluns for use in the 0 - 50 Mhz signal range.

Electrical Characteristics and Performance

• Performance exceeds ITU.G.703
• The value of impedance match is 75  3 ohm. resistive to 120  4 ohm resistive, when measured from 51 to 12,672 kHz with the unused end terminated into the respective resistive load
• The insertion loss from both sides is < 0.2 dB for 2 Mbit/s and < 0.3 dB for 8 Mbit service
• Cross talk between any two baluns mounted on a DDF strip with 15 mm centres is better than -80dB in the frequency range of 0.1 MHz to 12 MHz
• Return loss is -29dB(typ) for 2 Mbit/s and -21dB(typ) for 8 Mbit/s service Transmission losses for cable are excluded
