Spare part Onsite & H/W replacement service (SPRO-1)
In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, Smartcare Gold SPRO-1 guarantees spare part hardware replacement that will ship the next business day with MVT support engineer for onsite service replacement if request is received before 2:00pm in the local time zone. The Smartcare Gold SPRO-1 is accessible through the MTAC via call phone Smartcare number connecting customers to a trained technician who assists with problem determination and part identification.
